Course Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If a participant has paid for a Top Tier Reproductive Services course and is no longer able to attend, the course payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future Top Tier Reproductive Services course offered within 365 days of the originally scheduled course date.

If the participant does not attend a replacement course within that 365-day period, the payment will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for transfer or refund.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their scheduled course and do not notify Top Tier Reproductive Services via email prior to the start of the course will be considered a no-show. Course payments for no-shows will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund or transfer to a future course.

Cancellation by Top Tier Reproductive Services: In the event that Top Tier Reproductive Services must cancel a course due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or a health emergency, registered participants may choose either to transfer their full course payment to a future course or receive a full refund of the course tuition paid.

Top Tier Reproductive Services is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in connection with attending a course, including but not limited to airfare, mileage, hotel accommodations, car rentals, meals, or other travel-related expenses. In the event of a course cancellation or rescheduling, any refund provided by Top Tier Reproductive Services will be limited to the course tuition paid directly to Top Tier Reproductive Services.
